Sabin Metal West Corporation processes catalysts from the petroleum, petrochemical, and chemical industries. We pretreat and purify material with three indirectly-fired rotary kilns, then conduct 100% sampling for all forms of ceramic-supported catalysts. Sabin Metal West operates two electric arc furnaces 24-7 for pyro-metallurgical precious metals recovery.

We are currently looking for individuals who are ready to take the next step and start a career with our team! The Floorhand position is an entry level position which means that you are ready to learn what it takes to process catalysts for precious metal recovery.

Job Type

This position is full-time shift work led by a supervisor/operator.

What a Floorhand does:

· Works with a team who handle and process catalyst materials for precious metal recovery.

· We use a lot of cool tools with great names! A Floorhand will learn how they operate and how they are necessary for the job.

· This position is vital for assisting the Operator to perform the necessary processes for our customers.

· Learning the hazards of the job is important. Floorhands will need to know and understand company policies and procedures. Report safety hazards, accidents or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

· There are always odds and ends tasks to be done, your Operator or Supervisor may assign other duties from time to time.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, or the equivalent is preferred.
